The River Corridor Foundation of St. Charles Board has again approved funds to be a sponsor of the 2014 Sculpture in the Park.

One of the top events in the St. Charles downtown area is also free to the public. The Sculpture in the Park event is a joint project of the St. Charles Park District and the St. Charles Park Foundation to raise awareness of the sculptural arts and the beautiful parks. Going on throughout the summer, a number of sculptures are exhibited in Mount St. Mary Park which is located along the western shore of the Fox River. The River Corridor Foundation of St. Charles is one of the community sponsors for this event in keeping with our mission to make the Fox River corridor a cultural destination.

The event begins on June 13 and continues throughout the summer.

History of the Sculpture in the Park event, related awards and recognition, and exhibit information can be found on the St. Charles Park District website.

Mount St. Mary Park is located along Rt. 31 at Prairie Street. On opening day of the event a reception will be held with the sculptors on hand to talk to attendees.
