Our board of directors and volunteers continuously look for ways to improve access to the riverfront and enhance the experience of being “on the Fox” for everyone.
Especially where our community’s parks and multi-use pathways interact with the waters of the Fox River.
We work in concert with conservation and parks & recreation groups to monitor and protect the river and its surrounding environment.
The Foundation works closely with the Active River Task Force to grow and diversify the safe recreational use of the Fox River
The River Corridor Foundation restores native plants, clears out invasive vegetation, creates beautiful gardens and landscaped features that invite people down to the river.
We sponsor events that put the “fun” back in fundraising, from color runs to concerts to art-in-the-park exhibits, as well as commissioned piece of sculpture.
