To see Overall 2011 Results please click here and to see the Age Group Results please click here. 2012 Bob Leonard 5K Run & Walk-A-ThonEnjoy scenic views of the Fox River in downtown St. Charles during the Bob Leonard 5K Run and Walk-A-Thon Saturday, August 11, 2012. The event begins and ends in Pottawatomie Park, 8 North Avenue, St. Charles, IL. For the $25 entry fee, each person will receive a technical-weave performance T-shirt. For a minimum donation of $50, each will receive a performance T-shirt, River Corridor Foundation anti-microbial fitness towel and entry into the prize drawing. All runners and walkers are invited to stay for the grand prize drawing, refreshments and musical entertainment immediately following the walk at the Grand Pavilion in Pottawatomie Park. 5K Challenge Run DetailsBeginning and finishing in Pottawatomie Park, the 5K Challenge crosses the Fox River before heading north into the hills of Timber Trails Park. The course is USATF certified and the run will be chip timed. The 5K Run begins at 8 a.m. with sign in starting at 7 a.m. Medals will be given in male and female categories to the top three finishers for the following age ranges: 12-19, 20–29, 30–39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Additional prizes will be awarded to 1st Place finishers and to Best Overall Time winners. The medal ceremony will be held at Pottawatomie Park.
